Lucas Transmission Fix

Has anyone ever used Lucas Transmission Fix? Was it any good?

You can't fix anything without a wrench.

 

I have used it, and I really can't say much, It didn't really do anything except drain my wallet, then like 2 days after my 3-4 clutch pack went.

I put it in my rebuilt tranny after a loud bang started to occur when I shifted from forward to reverse and vice versa. The noise stopped and the trans. is running quieter and gear changes are smoother now but I still have doubts on what the product actually does. the Transmission Fix is really thick and I hope it doesn't clog or jam anything, after 3 days of rough city driving the fluid is still clear. But still I think I'll flush the system once more and replace the fluid with Amsoil synthetic ATF!

 

(AAMCO rebuilt 4L60E @ 132,200 miles after mechanic forgets to replace fluid after dropping pan and changing filter)-- in a 2000 GMC Savana 2500 Cargo Van w/ 178,000 miles now.)
