Headlights and lit

Before I go out and give this a shot I figured I'll pass this by to make it easier. Anyone out there re-aim their headlights? I figure I need to point them down a bit after lifting my truck to keep from blinding everyone.

If that is a question I think it would be a good idea. If you are telling then I'm agreeing. I would pull up to a wall and measure so you can get close to factory aim.

You'll actually be better off if you keep your aim a little higher after the lift and tires,otherwise your headlights may not project out as far as they do now,or should project for that matter.

You have to remember that when you lift,you have to change the angle of the beam to make it come down and putting it at the same height can reduce your visibility by quite a bit,depending on the distance you are from the wall you measure.The closer you are to it the closer your beam will hit the ground from your vehicle if you adjust them to the same height as pre-lift measurements after lifting.
