How to mount flip down monitor??

I just bought a 8" flip down for my 03 tahoe. When I pulled down the dome light and heater control I found a little electronic box. What is it? I would assume I need to tuck tahat under the headliner. The big question, how do I mount the TV.

not sure about the box, but the way I ended up mounting the screen was using some plywood. I just cut a 1/4" piece a little bigger than the footprint of the screen and that way I could just drill the screws through the headliner into the wood. As long as the screen is not too heavy it should work just fine. This kept me from having to attach the LCD to the truck itself. I used the hole from the domelight to pass the wired from the screen into the headliner and just mounted the screen over where the dome light was. This was not too bad since there was a domelight on the LCD monitor. Hope this helps
