Need some help

Hey everybody need a little help..There use to be some maintenance tips listed and I can't find them now,are they gone???? I plan on changing the front diff and t-case fluid this weekend..Does anyone know the capacities of these two items on a 03 Z-71?? It doesn't have the auto-trac,just a plain old lever engaged t case..Is synthetic blend atf okay for the t-case and M1 75w90 synthetic good for the front diff.??? Thanks ...Sorry if the answer is right under my nose...
