Replacing heater fan motor

I performed a quick search here and came up short. Anybody have any advice on replacing the heater fan blower motor in a 1994 GMC 1500? Any tricks needed, or is it all straight forward?

All you have to do it pull back the rubber cover, unplug the wires and remove the screw. Thats it. They don't get much easier than this job.
