MyGMlink.com... Have you been there?

I was poking around on the puter a couple of weeks ago and stumbled onto the mygmlink.com website. I registered, entered my vehicle VIN numbers and found out I had 2 recalls on my Eldorado. It's a pretty good program... Check it out!

 

I had a problem logging on to the website several days after registering. I sent an E-mail to support, they replied they would promptly address the problem. Several days had past and I had not logged in and see if the problem was resolved. Having not attemped to log in they sent me another E-mail because they had not heard a reply back from me. They even called me to ensure my problem was fixed. The problem was fixed and for my trouble they sent me a gift certifcate for a free oil/lube change at any GM dealer nationwide.

 

Is that service or what?

 

I wonder if FOMOCO would do the same?

I registered so far great customer service I too had a slight problem. Being mine was used vin and name were diff. one quick email and it was done. no oil change though
