Truck pulls to right

I have a 1992 chevrolet z71 . When i brake the vehicle pulls to the right which is very hard to control all the time. I recently had brandnew rotors and pads put on it. I was going to get the guy to put new brake lines on it so he disconnected the left side brake caliper from the hose and used a pair of locking pliers to stop the fluid running out but then we realized that the lines were not long enough so reinstalled the original line, could this have restricted the left side brake line so much that it pulls to the right so badly. Also he did bleed that caliper and line after he reinstalled it.

Normally when you have this brakeing problem, it is a frozen caliper. If you have never replaced calipers on this truck, this would be a good time. Replace the lines with the calipers, the calipers run less than $50 a piece and the lines are around $15 a piece. I had a similar problem and this fixed it right up. The truck has never stopped better!
