anyone done a denali conversion on a D-Max?

I have always wanted a gmc w/ the duramax diesel in it to tow my boat as well as use it every day on the site but love how the denali looks and would like to have the best of both worlds if possible. how difficult is it to do the denali conversion? my gmc is a 02 so it has the older style grill on it, but it is a 4x4 and also a 4dr w/ std bed. i would really like to lower a couple of inches at the same time to get close to the same stance as a sierra denali.

 

has anyone done this? also how much could i plan on spending on parts?

 

also any pics or experiences would be awesome.
