If it is the old square body style, they will work on the factory wheels. I ran 285/75R16s on factory 16x7 wheels for three years. If you use aftermarket wheels, the offset may cause rubbing in the front.

 

The four door Yukon/Tahoe old body style sat 2 inches lower than the two door, pickup and Suburban because of shorter body mounts, to give a lower step in height.
