water leak

I have a 2003 2500 HD. I have a water leak from the windshield wiper area. The water pools on the driver side floor. I see the water coming from under the plastic that is under the carpet. Is there a hose that funnels water away? There doesn't seem to be any debris cloging the wiper area. When I run water from a hose on the windshield the water appears after 20-30 seconds

Today I removed the wipers and plastic grill assembly and gained access to the metal area under it I resealed the entire seam and inspected the entire area. I then found water that runs to the drivers side guns out just under the hood hinge. my leak is from that stream of water. Tomorrow I search for a way to take that area apart.
