Looking at a 73 Blazer

Looking at 1973 Blazer. It's one owner with full time 4x4, rebuilt 350. Drives. Little rust over wheel wells. Otherwise look stock and in very good shape for a 30 year old 4x4. Removed front drive shaft to get better MPG...but does not have the shaft. Not sure what else is wrong.

 

Here is what I like:

- pretty good looking older 4x4

- love the top on the 73...all way to windshield

- make good project truck

 

Here are my concerns:

- parts...availability of parts for 73

- full time transfer case...how much can be left in her

- rust...my uncle's 73 was a rust bucket...but this one looks pretty good for now

 

This would be a project truck for me. Tell me what this thing would be worth?

 

What would be the major issues with this as a project truck? Help me make a decision on this one...thanks. D.
