05 Silverado - Navi Option?

I had someone tell me that you can get the Navi option in the Silverado Crew Cab. I didn't see this listed anywhere on the Chevy web site. However, he said the dealer told him that he can get it factory installed from GM. Has anyone heard of this, I'm about the order my 05 Crew and would like to know if I can get this.

I have heard that too but haven't seen any proof of it.

Even if they do offer it, don't get the option from GM, instead just get the luxury Bose system with the 6 disc changer.

You can add the factory Nav option after you get the truck and it will be alot less than the option.

The Nav headunit will simply swap out with the factory radio and all you have add it the GPS antenna. The antenna is very easy to put in too, it monts under the dash pad behind the radio opening.

This way you will still have a factory nav unit and a factory radio to sell or put back in when you trade your truck.

 

The factory touchscreen Nav headunit $1200

The Factory GPS antenna $48

Brand new Nav DVD Version 3.0 $124

Hey- I really screwed up by not getting it on my 05 Tahoe. Now of coarse I want it. My question is:

 

What about the 6disc changer that goes in the console below?
