Challenger Low Pro Tool Chest

Anyone have one of these? Looks like it'd be great because you can still use a cover over top of it.

BTW: anyone know the dimension i would need? i have an 05 crew cab, so i know my bed is 5'8" long .. not sure about the width and height though- and im at school now. maybe ill just measure it tomorrow.

Im at a tough decision- my last truck i stayed away from chome accessories.. but it was more of a trail rig.. and i became acustom to the look. I was thinking about going with the "no-chrome" look on this truck (specially since i got "gunmetal" ).. but maybe the chrome/diamond plate stuff would look better

edit: i just realized- this cover doesnt include the toolbox. Therefore it wouldnt be cheaper than the other option. however if you get the low pro box and put a cover on- you still have to take the cover off to access the tools.. which kind of sucks.

good thing i dont have the money to seriously worry about this stuff right now

I had a soft tonneau on my '93. I really liked it at first, but after about 3-4 years, the stitching started to rot and it was difficult to take it on and off.

It did stay relatively dry though and overlal I was happy with it. Being about 1/3 the cost of a fiberglass tonneau, i suppose it's ok if it only lasts a few years.

I ended up leaving my '04 open with no tonneau and have a toolbox very similar to that one. It's a Black 60" Tradesman (that I ordered from Home Depot for under $250 if i remember right. I like it a lot. Lots of room.
