PCM Location

Where is the PCM located in a 2002 GMC 3500 ?????

I dunno if its the same as a 2002 chevy.....but mine is being the driver side headlight....there is a black box with 2 large cables running into it. It's been a while since I swapped mine...but if I remember correctly you have to take off the black plastic thingy (technical term) above the grill......loosen and move the tranny computer...if it has an allison....and THEN you can get at the PCM.

 

It's been a while so the instruction might be off....but I know mine was behind my driver headlight
