2000 Silverado 1500/Lug Pattern?

Recommended Posts

I am now the proud owner of a 2000 Silverado 1500 regular cab/short bed. The wheels are stock alloy 6 lug 16 inch. I'm looking for aftermarket wheels. What lug pattern do I have? Are the stock wheels 6 1/2" wide? What is the stock offset (+/-)? HELP? :ughdance:

I have American Racing Burst wheels on my Silverado and I "think" the backspacing is 4.5". It is less than stock, but barely. It sets the wheels out flush with the fender and looks a lot better in my opinion.

Go to the American Racing Wheels website, they have a chart that tells what backspacing, etc. they have for your application.

I was told that my stock wheels have an offset of +29mm. The same person told me that a plus offset means that the center of the wheel width is inside from hub mounting point (I would have guessed that a positive number referred to a wider, not narrower, stance). I was also told that my wheels are 7" wide. Thank you Elwood 2000 and MS3DALE for the help!!! :withstupid:
