Mobil 1 additives reformulated

Mobil 1's additive package has been reformulated, now called "advanced Super Syn", in a sub-line of Mobil 1 oils. they still have the regular Mobil 1 supersyn oil, but the one ones are called "Mobil 1 extended performance"and their bottle cap colors have changed also, so be aware and buy the right viscosity!

 

it's now labeled to "last 15,000 miles". Of course, the last "super syn" could do that anyway from what I've heard about lab tests on it.

 

appearently they just beefed up and added more of what already made it great.

They have a good product and are finally doing what Amsoil has been doing since 1972. If You can't beat 'em, join 'em. You are probably going to see more of them stepping up as rumor has it there is going to be growing stiffer gov't regs for the industry. Castrol is now doing this for their diesel fleet truck line oil. Yes, I am partial, but one of the biggest selling points for Amsoil is that it is American made, right in Wisconsin
