Purchased it when I purchased the truck with the intent of replacing the seat later in the truck's life, but traded the truck in too soon.

if it's tan and matches a 2001 silverado I am very interested. It's gonna cost me $50 to get mine fixed so for around there count me in.

Sorry it's taken me a bit to get back -

 

The seat cover is for the driver's seat. It's for the cushion and the seat back.

 

It's was purchased for a 2001 GMC Sierra with the tan leather (not sure the exact color, something like 924 Tan or whatever). I don't know if it will fit the Silverado, I'm sure someone here can help with that??

 

It does have the heat elements and the door panel has the heated seat controls & window controls.

 

It's brand new in the GM box, it's been opened to look at it, but that's about it. Same for the door panel.
