hey guys,

I'm trying to figure out if i have the wrong info given to me. I am after a set up chrome Neeper 16x8 rims that were made in the late 90's. I was told by the seller that the rims support 2000lbs. I said "your kidding right?" He said that was all he knew about the rims.

I was just wodnering if anyone had seen 8-lug 16x8's that were only rated to 2000 lbs before? just seems odd, but i dont want to miss out on these if he is the misinformed one...

oh yea...I checked online and found absolutely nothing on these rims...

With after market rims the bolt pattern does not always translate to load capacity as rim strenght can vary as well as PSI limitations. If the make pressure is stamped on them as 85 or 105, you should be okay up to maybe 3000lb capacity but if is not stamped use caution or avoid them completely.
