05 Cd player accessories?

Just bought an 05 WT with a "no frills" cd player. The sound is more than suitable for me but I was curious about getting perhaps a MP3 player or something along the lines. I was curious if there was any inputs in the back of the factory stereo. If not I found a FM transmitter made for MP3s... I just wanted to know what anyone here has done.

It depends on what brand and model of cd player you have in your truck. Because you said it was a "no frills" cd player, I'm assuming it's an inexpensive one and there's ususally no way to plug in an external MP3 player. The easiest way to go is an FM transmitter like I use to play MP3's through my system with my portable MP3 player. I found mine at Wal-Mart for $19.99 and it can be set to frequencies 88.1, 88.3, 88.5 or 88.7. The only downside to this is that there can be some static issues and if there's any bleed over from nearby stations, they'll take over the frequency.

Yep, thats what I thought... I was just curious if anyone had done anything or found anything unique. Ill probably go with the FM transmitter, the occasional static wont bother me and I know what you mean by it.

Thanks for the reply
