Bravada interior upgrades

I was at a GM dealership yesterday and I just took a look inside a new 05 Rainier and noticed that it has chrome door handles, chrome air vent adjusters and chrome buttons on the gear shift and parking brake. It also had a leather wrapped console lid, where mine on the Bravada is hard plastic. I was thinking about upgrading my Bravada to have these items? The Rainier and Bravada have the same interior pieces. Has anyone done this swap before? The TrailBlazers also now have this same chrome trim inside.
