Parking light assembly 99-02 Silverado

Is the parking light assembly on the 99-02 Silverados the same for all the truck series?

 

I need to replace the passenger side assembly on my 2001 2500HD. When I search different websites they don't have model specific info,they always lump the assembly for 99-02 trucks together. I want to be sure I order the right one.

Yes,They are.....Part#15199558 for LH and 15199559 for RH.

 

Sorry GM-Tech for answering in your column,I hope I'm not stepping on your toes but it was a parts question and I knew the answer.(I remember you saying before that your not a parts guy and are not sure of part applications,but since I'm a parts guy I thought I would answer)

Hey, no problem. You're right, I am not a parts guy and I don't even try to answer those questions. I just don't have the time to stand at our parts counter for this stuff.

Thanks MS, we do get a lot of ?'s here that probably should get moved around, but if someone can jump in with a quick answer, it makes things easier than having to move posts and leave links to them, etc. Though I haven't posted a tech question in this new area yet, I've enjoyed reading it and appreciate those giving the answers taking the time to do so.
