1995 SIERRA DRIVERS WINDOW PROBLEM

HELP!

My drivers window on my 1995 extended cab sierra went down and wouldn't go back up this morning. The motor was turning but the window wouldn't go up. I pulled the door panel and couldn't see any thing wrong. I'm assuming its the regulator? The siscors assembly is riveted in. If anyone can lend some advice on this I would greatly appreciate it.
