Well, double check what you did first, make sure you didn't forget to tighten something or pinch something :chevy:

 

Try cleaning your maf ??

 

 

 

 

 

I have heard about MAF cleaning many times. I have never done it even with over 100K miles on some trucks.

Just how does a MAF get dirty? Isn't only filtered air going across it? If it is getting dirty than isn't dirt getting into the engine.

Seems I would look for a filter problem if my MAF ever needed cleaning.

Dropped 100 mpg?? What were you getting before? 200 mpg? :chevy:

 

You must have one of those secret carburetors everyone's said for years that the manufacturers and oil companies have been hiding from consumers.

 

I'm sure you meant something else but I couldn't resist. :)
