1999 K3500 5.7 Auto 115,000 Miles. NEW: Cap, Rotor, Wires, Plugs, Fuel Filter, Crankshaft Position Sensor, Camshaft Position Sensor and I am still getting a CEL code P1345 Crankshaft Position (CKP)-Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation. Any thoughts.

You must do a crankshaft posistion sensor relearn procedure whenever you replace the sensor. You will need someone with a Tech2 like the dealers use or similar tool. Not difficult or expensive!
