1996 Oldsmobile CS SL 4-door 3100 SFI V6:

 

Is the hp and tq of the Gen II 3400 V6 at 210hp @ 5200 rpm and 215tq @ 4000rpm, and what are the pros and cons of it? Is it a better engine than the 3100, or would it be better putting upgrades into the 3100 rather than going to the Gen II 3400?
