Adding an AUX input to the in dash NAV System

I have 2005 GMC Envoy Denali. I want to be able to play my portable MP3 player through my car NAV system/radio. It has a CD player and the XM radio in addition to the in dash navigation. Is there a way to add on an input so that I can connect my MP3 player to it and have the sound come out of the car speakers. The input would just need to be like an RCA or stereo headphone jack. It is not and iPod so it doesnt have one of those goofy ends on it. I purchased a couple of the FM Transmitters and frankly they suck! Can anyone out there help or shed some light on this? Thanks.

What do you do if you already have a 6 disc changer with the nav, and put in a interface for video, how do you get sound? The one i seen here had two vid inputs, one for backup cam and one for like a dvd. How ya get the sound thru the speakers w/o fm transmitter.

This one says you cant have xm or cd changer. I assume its using the aux?

Thanks
