Rancho Shocks ----- Anybody using them

Stock 02 z71 with 50,000 miles. Would like to have a little firmer road performance and some limited off road. I pull a popup camper 6-10 times a summer.

Looking at Rancho 5000s. Will these beat the snot out of me???

They are a pretty good alaround shock, i have used them in the past. I just got rid of Explorer procomp they were beating me up. I replased them with the Rancho RSX and love them.

Got Rancho RSX shocks on my truck now. They're MUCH stiffer than the OEM shocks - but the bonus is I don't go bottoming out over the RR tracks around here and I can still control my truck going through potholes (major plus). If I had the cash I would have splurged and got the RS9000 so I could tweak the ride.

I have Rancho RSX 9000's. I definately felt a difference, but maybe that was because my rear right shock was broken in half.

Great shocks. Much firmer. I can take turns a little faster without rolling, going over holes doesn't feel as bad, I don't bottom out anymore.

However, I'm not very excited over the "adjustable" part. I really don't feel a difference betwen the #1 and #9 setting. I leave it on 9 all the time.
