Dealer suggest dumping Dexcool

Hi Tech, I was at the Dealership Saturday for one of those discounted oil changes they send coupons in the mail, it was due so I went in. After it was done and written up, I noticed one of the suggestions, (the writer said they appear on all write ups automatically), was "Flush cooling sytem, replace with green". I asked her why they are suggesting that and she said some people are having problems with Dex and changing to green makes the problems "go away". I told her as far as I knew there are only problems if someone tops off Dex with green, she just repeated herself. What are your thoughts? Thanks!

We had some problems with S10/Blazer's if the cooling system was allowed to be low for long periods of time, but other than that, we see no problems with Dex-Cool. I wouldn't put green in my two vehicles that have dex-cool.
