Cd Player Acting up

I go to town or on a trip and on the third CD I play it starts to skip,seams like it gets hot,the CD's are in good cond.I can put the CD in front of the A/C vent and kool it off and it plays good(same track as when it was skipping)and then two tracks later it starts to skip again,Yup!good road smooth too!They have a TSB for this?I have the 05'CD set but haven't checked it yet(on another computer 350 miles from home) Thanks Steve

Are they burned CD's or store bought? Burned CD's seem to give us plenty of headaches. No TSB on skipping that I'm aware of.
