Best Suspension Option

Recommended Posts

I have an 01 2500HD. I bought it with a bit over 100K on it and the shocks are obviously shot. It also has 315 tires on it and the torsion bars are cranked all the way up.

I really like the 315's and would like to keep them, but my suspension is all worn out, I mean probably the ball joints and everything, the steering stabilizer even seems loose.

At this point would my costs for repair (I do all this stuff myself, so it's just parts) come close to say a fabtech 6" lift or similar?

My wife will kill me if I lift the truck more, but hey, she doesn't drive it everyday.

Also, if I go with that sort of lift, will the 315's look small?

Thanks for any opinions/help.

GIVE ME LIST OF WHAT YOU WANT AND I CAN FIND OUT OR IF YOU WANT A PARTS LIST & PRICE FOR ALL THE PARTS THAT WEAR THAT MY NEED TO BE REPLACED IT CAN DO THAT TO.

The lift kit's do not come with ball joints or bushings. No idle arm or tie rods either. Just brackets mainly. Shocks of coure from mild to wild. Basically you will still have to rebuild the front end. plus add a lift.
