I just picked up a set of 20x 8.5 wheels with 4 5/8 back spacing and need help with picking tires. I would like a 30-31" tall street tire that will not stick out past the front fender flare. The wheels came with 305-50-20 tires (pretty worn out) and they are nice and flush with the flares in the back but stick out in the front by about 1 3/4 to 2" and I really dont like that look with street tires.Any help would be great, thanks :chevy::crackup:

Check out this site. It has the tire specs (in iches) next to the tire size. A 285/55 R20 is about 32.5 inches tall and about 11.5 inches wide. There is also a 265 series that is a little shorter and narrower. Anyways this will give you some size ideas to compare.

I'm running 305-50-20's on 9.5" rims on my 2500 non HD. With the factory flares my tires just about flush out to the outer edge of the flares. The only problem is with having a QS truck, is that the front tires always kick up the mud and throw it on the rear fenders. The same thing happens when I put too much tire dressing on the front tires.
