Engine Stall

I drive an 02 TrailBlazer with 55K on it V6

OK.. I did a search but I didn't see anyone with the same problem...

This is the second time this has happened....

About a week ago I was driving on the highway (about 60mph) when the engine just turned off….I pulled over and restarted the car…

It started with no problem but seemed like there was no gas getting to the engine and keep stalling (I did have ¼ of a tank left)….did it a couple of time. The next day I got gas and drove it for a week….with no problem.

Today it did the same thing :( .... Left the car for about 4 hour on the highway (I was on my way to the Miami Dolphins games )

Came back with gas and drove it home….

The only coincident is that both times I had ¼ tank and the AC running…

I did drop one of those Injector/Engine cleaners a tank ago.

I had no “check engine light” come on at any point….

About a month ago I had the “check engine light” come on and it had to do with the o2 sensor.

I never replaced it since the light turned off by it self …..

Any idea before I had to the shop...Could it be the fuel pump???

Possible. This is a rare problem on a trailblazer. By the way, you do not have a V6. You have an inline 6.

Not wanting to hijack the thread but I have the same problem. The dealer replaced the fuel pump under warranty but it did it again. When I had it towed in it started right up and didnt miss a beat. I did replace the fuel filter after the fuel pump was replaced but it was clean inside, I cut it open.

Any ideas? My wife is afraid to drive the thing now.
