Bosch Platinum 2

Just my 2 cents worth, I'd only use Bosch Plugs in German made Vehicles such as the Porsche, VW, Audi. I've heard the same viewpoint from many mechanics as well, Most mechanics recomend you stick with the brand that your vehicle came with from the factory. Based on recent polls, most people either stick with the AC/Delco plugs, or go with NGKs, which I probably would never use except in a Honda, Toyota, Nissan, etc. Right now I have AC Delco Rapid Fires in my truck and it runs smoooothly. Grant it I have to change them out every 35,000 miles or so, but who really cares, we all like working on our trucks and we all pull a plug or two to see how they are doing every 15,000 miles! ADMIT IT! :banghead:

Good point. I will try them out for a few thousand miles and see how they do. They are platinum with two ground electrodes. I have always liked Bosch products they seem to have high quality. I will say this the passenger side rear plug sucks to remove!!!!!

I had them in my Toyota Tacoma, which required the two ground electrode plugs, and they were great.

A friend was with me when I was changing them and when I started cussing about the rear passenger side plug he was joking around saying the problem was the German plugs didn't know how to speak to my American engine!!!!!!!!!:banghead:

Bosch is all I`ve used, excpet to break in the rebult motor in 1993( all 350 hp of it). It ran smoother on Bosch plugs. But after that strictly Bosch Platinum. I upgraded to the Plat. 2 in my `97 1500 since the ignition was mostly MSD. Smoother excelleration, ran smoother also, even with 30k on them.
