95 Jimmy O2 Sensor location

Ok,

Truck is a 95 Jimmy 4x4 4.3L. GM sold me 2 O2 sensors, Shucks tried to sell me 3. I only see 2 - 1st one is up-stream 1 inch aft of Y in the exhaust (a few inches in front of cat) and down-stream is a few inches aft of Cat-converter. I can't find one anywhere else. Shucks says it is in the exhaust manifold... don't see it on either side. GM guys says there was a change in engines or something between 95-96 and that may have something to do with it. Any one shed some light on the topic? I would check my trusty Chiltons manual, however I torched it after cutting the wrong wire twice due to a wrong diagram in the thing. Thank you Chiltons! Your books burn well when mixed with Nitro R/C fuel!!

Thanks everyone.

It's not actually in the exhaust manifold. It is in the y pipe itself about 5 inches or so from the collector. There should be one below each manifold. However.. some models if it is throttle body fuel injected.. they only run one or some cases 2
