What are Green Keys??

What are green keys and why do people use them from 1500's.Whats the diff between the differnt colors.Does anyone have a part bnumber??

If you do a search on here such as "leveling kit", "green key" etc. you will find more than enough info. Have a good one.

They are a GM key Part # 15592573 with a green paint mark on the bottom of them. GM makes four diffently indexed keys for the 2500 and the 3500 they are green, white,orange,and purple. You should not use the Green key on a 1500 unless it is a HD. If you want to level out a regular 1500 1/2 ton you should just use the Ford keys.
