Recently my 1999 silverado 4/4 has developed a problem with poor power steering assist , at low speeds. When the truck is cold and im pulling out of parking spots not much power assist , i check fluid level and it was FULL! On saturday i did a full flush on the power steering unit and bled all air out of it still has problem when cold at park lot speeds? :chevrolet:
