2000 Tahoe wheel shimmy

My 2000 Tahoe has always had a wheel shimmy at high speed (60-70Mph). It has been into the dealer, numerous tire places and still the problem persists. I drove it cross country and between 70-75, it felt like it wanted to shake itself apart.

 

Anyone out there had a similar problem
