Christmas rant

Well after deleting i decided to stand my ground my dilema is the lady im seeing gave me her christmas list and of course nothing i got her is on that list, so i'm leaning towards doing both. Get her some stuff off the list and some on. I cant go wrong i hope. She's great though not your typical lady she even plays sports and likes hockey. And doesnt get mad for me hanging out with other women whom are friends

I hate to break it to you man, but you're going to have to sack-up and pay attention to the stuff that comes out of her mouth from time to time in order to figure out the answer to these questions.

 

We don't know her. She could be a raging psycho hosebeast that's going to shove that puck up your nose because it wasn't on the list. Or she could be the type that will be mightily impressed at your initiative and judgement in getting her something you used your own brain for, so she'll start with takin..........I'm not going to finish that one.

Wow thinking about what you said and i'm hiding under the desk currently fearing she may use the physic powers embezzled in all women to read my mind and post. So she specifically asked for a PORSCHE, gold bracelet, and a few other spendy items. She also specifically requested a romantic weekend ( i want to do that when it's not 13 degrees outside) Maybe i'll focus on one of the items on her list and that way i cover both sides of the coin. im taking one for the team and im going to have a after work.

this is coming from a single guy who's longest relationship is a month. They just don't stay around, even if ya tie them up, but seriously I would not asked for a list to begin with and avoid that problem altogether. What I would in you situation is get a gift on her list and one that is not.

Well wingnut yup im a wimp, however i do believe the solution is clear get her both and i cant be wrong, as long as they dont ask what dress to wear Hmmmm i dunno about all you guys but i get off in 30 minutes and im having a drink. Sorry, too many times I have gotten things I really didn't need or want, the things on the list are the things I want and need. Women tell you what they want, most of the time the men don't hear.

 

Just my opinion............ Sounds like you're a pretty good guy, that is a Christmas present in itself.

Well i appreciate the concerns and comments, so i decided that yes i wil get something off the list and to include a coupon for a weekend away, Im sure she will like them. I just want to make her happy so im a little flustered over all of this. She told me she went nuts with my christmas list, i doubt i got the big screen t.v. or hot tub or jet ski but hey im not complaining just want to see her. It sucks though as she is leaving for school for 4 more months after christmas . This is totally wierd though as i usually dotn feel this strongly towards someone in a short time.

I appreciate the concerns well i ended up with something not on the list and something on the list, i bought her an autorgraphed hockeypuck from her favorite team w display case, and from her list a digital camera photo printer. So we will see how it turns out
