amp/sub install ??

yes i'm wanting to install my sub and amp's under rear seat of my crew cab. i don't know about the spacing, going to be tight.. thought about installing my sub under d/s rear seat. installing my speaker amp & sub amp on back wall  in the little cargo space. will this work? has anyone installed this setup? any pic's anywhere?  thank's for any help.......

The sub box is roughly 0.6 cu ft, and I'm using a MMats 10" woofer.  The driver's side rear seat folds down, but no all the way due to the sub box.
