I just purchased a 2004 Chevy Silverado with a aftermarket DVD system. It says it works with wireless headphone, but I am missinfg them. Do you know if any wireless headphones would work ?

I am not sure, but one of my kids lost the foam ear piece and I went to GM to get a new one. They do not sell them, just the entire headphone unit. They are $75 EACH!

I passed!

If you have smaller kids, 7-8 years old or younger, the factory wireless headphones may be too large or heavy for them. My daughter hates them, so I bought a lightweight pair of Sony wired headphones for $9 at Walmart and she loves them.

Best of luck!

I would think that most wireless headphones meant for use on vehicle DVD entertainment systems should work; I say this because the wireless headphones that came with the Vizualogic DVD headrest monitors I installed in my truck not only run on the same frequency as the factory wireless headphones (I have factory rear DVD), but apparently on the same subchannel as well. Granted, the Vizualogic headphones offer both A and B channels (necessary for those instances where you have a two-headrest DVD monitor setup)--it turns out that the Vizualogic "A" channel is the same as that the factory headphone uses.
