Okay, tried switch panel(wont come off completely, took out the junk tray nothing but some white clips does nothing, removed all screws one on bottom , one by the handle and the one with the cap on it the other cap does nothing will not come off and removed the fin on top

Door panel is ok once you've done it.

The panel is attached to the door with 5 or 6 plastic tabs that only remove *up*. So you pull the panel up, and the plastic tabs slide out of their slots. After you succeed at that, you have still to remove the wires. The plastic tabs are designed to let you prop the panel in it's "removal prep" position as you detach the wires. Take a pic of the wiring before you remove, or at least take notes on which color connector went where. There is at least one pair of connecters that was able to be reversed, putting tab a in slot b and tab b in slot a, if you know what I mean. When I put mine back together I discovered this, and I just guessed and it worked, but could have had a unhappy ending instead. Take notes or a pic of the wiring.

On mine, I removed the manual locks by prying them out. There's a screw behind them, and I took it out, and that made things easier. Actually I broke one of the clips in this area and had to epoxy it back together, and it held. That was before I realized that I could pry out the manual locks and remove the screw. But then the manual locks are not designed to be removed, so be verry careful (they just snap in). Only replace the manual locks after you are completely satisfied you won't have to take anything apart again. Removing them more than once might lead to the need for glue to hold them in. :D

The window controls do not come out from the top! There's a bolt at the head end that will break off if you force it out. Do not force it.
