2000 Blazer Turn Signal Problem

Yesterday my brother was driving home and the whole way home the turn signals were off but he heard the turn signal chime the whole way home. After leaving the truck off all last night it is doing the same thing today. Any ideas what could be wrong?

I haven't run into this, but I believe there's a t-signal input to the BCM that would need to be looked at. Basically, need to do some diagnosis.
