Wind Noise

My 2003 Silverado Ext Cap had no wind noise. Recently, above 40 mph, there is a wind noise that has appeared. It is not due to the bug shield, since I have had it on since the first week and it doesn't sound like the typical flapping caused by the window molding. Opening the front doors and looking along the fenders, I see a piece of aluminum covered insulation that seems to have moved out of place, but I can't determine where it should go. The insulation is part of a larger piece that is installed against the engine compartment wall. Any ideas??
