EGR valve for the 3704 manifold

What is a 3704 manifold? And do you mean the valve assembly hits something on the intake that keeps it from sitting in place? Or do you mean the EGR valve head itself won't seal against the EGR passage of the "3704 intake"?

Are you asking or telling? LOL

I figured it out. The OEM style has the valve the extends past the mating surface and typically fit's inside the egg passageway in the OEM manifold. On the Edelbrock 3704 the hole that this valve would normally fit is too small so the result is that you can't use a OEM EGR valve on this manifold, you must go to a aftermarket where the valve is flush with the mounting surface.

Thanks for the reply though.
