Official tech stuff for L29 7.4L engine

Hi. A newbe so be nice.

 

I have a 1999 K2500 Suburban with the VIN code J engine.

 

I am looking for technical info on my L29 454 (7.4L) engine.

 

Stuff like full specs on the production cam, what rods and crank are installed at the factory, what is the lb/hr rating of the injectors, what valve springs are installed, etc.

 

Also looking for a full HP & Torque VS RPM plot.

 

And then the transmision. Yep it is big, auto, and overdrive. I am not seeing how to read this out of the VIN code. Past that I am sorta lost. I want to know what is the max torque it can be feed and still be reliable. 550?

i dont know the specs on the engine, but the trans is a 4l80e, with minor trans-go mods it can be made d**n near bullet proof.
