SES Light....GRRRR

My SES light came on a while back. I took the truck in for a diagnostic scan and the codes for O2 sensor after cat and Throttle Position sensor came up. I have since replaced both and within a matter of 5 miles the SES light came back up. I can't remember but I thought I had heard that there have been sensor issues with the engines in the 94-95 S10s with the 4.3 HO (non TBI). The only other issue could be that I used an O2 "simulator" instead of a new O2 sensor. Any help????

 

This is my beater truck and I really don't care if the about the light itself, its just my gas mileage has seemed to take a dump since the light came on.

 

1995 S10 ZR2, 4.3 HO, 185K.
