Leveling Kits: ORU vs. Cognito

I have an '03 2500HD that I plan on leveling. I have purchased a set of MKW 16x8 wheels and 285/75/16 BFG Mud Terrains. I am waiting to install them becasue I want to level my truck to insure there will be no clearance issues. My question is which kit is better? I have two options.

#1. ORU kit - includes 4 bilstein shocks, keys, and bump stops. $420.00

#2. Cognito Motorsports - includes new upper arms $455.00, bilstein shocks $360.00. If needed keys are $90.00

The ORU kit is alot cheaper, but which provides the best ride and/or reduces component stress. I don't want to cheap out on my suspension but also don't want to buy unnecessary parts. Help would be appreciated from anyone who knows about these kits and/or has suspension knowledge. Also I don't want to just crank the t-bars.

I have the Cognito Motorsports leveling kit. Install was not hard if you know how to use air tools. Ride is better, now I just got the UCA's I had longer shocks already and green keys.
