transfer case electrics?

i have a 92 1 ton 4x4 that had a borg 4401 tc in it with electric speedo manual shift, now i could not find that case to replace it so what i did find was a 95 241 c. now all of the plugs are not the same. what plug does what? the one on top of the 241 looks to be a 3 prong plug whereas on the borg it was a 2. and on the rear of the tc the borg had 2 plugs(a 1 prong(which used a pigtail off of the tail shaft) and a 2 prong) the 241 only has the 2 prong one.

i guess what i need to know is will it be easier to get a posilock for the front end as opposed to trying to get all the correct plugs?
