Creak/Squeak

I am about to go nuts with this.

 

When i accelerate from a stop, my truck has a creaking/squaking sound, it happens again when i release the accelerator. It is driving me nuts.

 

I thought it was my Torsion Bar but i unloaded it, removed it and greased that SOB to all hell and it didn't help

It could be your leaf spring bushings. Spray some lube on them and see if the noise goes away. Just a thought.

I agree, dry rubber bushings rubbing against metal are often the source of very annoying creaks and squeaks. Use of waterproof grease on the bushings is also one way to remedy this. Try silicon spray first, if it does not work, try greasing the bushings.
