What are your thoughts on this grille? Seem to be pretty decent to you guys? I ordered it about 2 weeks ago, and the first time they sent the wrong grille so Im expected the right one any day now. I hope it looks like it does in the picture. If not, and I dont like the overlay, then Ill just sell it and go with a cut out. Does anyone have this grille or one like it? :banghead:

That looks great! I have an overlay on mine, but I painted the existing grill first. Can't even see it now.

All the bilet grilles look great - don't know if I have the patience to clean each line by hand.

haha i don't either, soap and water seem to work just fine, maybe a towel across it if you're worried about your water leaving spots.

Here is the grille that I bought for my Silverado.

$35.50 shipped with a billet bowtie :crazy::eek:

I test fit it the other day and there are a few things I don't like about it. Some of the bars aren't straight, but they are aluminum and can be bent by hand. The supports on the back stick up a bit and rub the OE grille, so I am smoothing them down with a die grinder. Because of that, I'll need to repaint/powdercoat it. I'm thinking about painting it orange instead of black. And the bowtie has some scuff marks on it. It'll either need to be polished out or I am thinking about painting/powdercoating it also in either black, orange or maybe even blue.
